General Information
Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?
A: Check-in begins at 12:00 PM, and check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-ins and late check-outs may be accommodated upon request, subject to availability, and additional fees apply. Late arrivals require prior approval.
Q: Is there a tornado shelter available at the park?
A: Yes, Deer Grove RV Park has an on-site tornado shelter for the safety and peace of mind of our guests.
Reservations and Rates
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: For RV sites, we require a 48-hour cancellation notice. Please notify us by 4 p.m. two days before your scheduled arrival to receive a deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Please note that text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable. Reservations made after the deadlines require nonrefundable deposits, and cancellations made after the deadlines will result in the forfeiture of all deposits. For month-to-month RV stays, failure to notify in advance of a cancellation will void the return of any security deposit previously paid.
Q: Are there special rates for long-term stays?
A: Yes, weekly and monthly rates are available.
Pets
Q: Are pets allowed at the park?
A: Yes, non-aggressive pets are welcome at no additional charge. However, pets must:
- Be leashed at all times (maximum of 6 feet).
- Not be left unattended outside or inside RVs if barking excessively.
- Be cleaned up after by their owners.
- Have proof of vaccinations available upon request.
Q: Is there a dog park available?
A: Yes, we have a fenced dog park where your furry friends can roam freely and play.

Q: What amenities are included with my stay?
A: All guests enjoy:
- Full hookups with 30/50 amp power options.
- Free Wi-Fi at all sites.
- Clean, climate-controlled restrooms, showers, and 24/7 laundry facilities.
- Access to shaded sites, picnic areas, fire pits, and the rustic clubhouse.
- Proximity to local attractions in El Dorado, Kansas.
Q: Is the clubhouse available for group events?
A: Yes, the clubhouse is available for RV rallies, receptions, and gatherings. Special rates apply for large groups and non-profit organizations.
Rules and Safety
Q: Are campfires allowed?
A: Yes, campfires are permitted in designated fire pits. Please extinguish them completely before leaving or retiring for the night.

A: Quiet hours are observed all hours day and night to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
Q: Is the park responsible for accidents or damages?
A: Guests use the park facilities at their own risk. The park is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by weather, wildlife, theft, or other guests.
