Know Before You Go: Our Terms & Guidelines
Ensuring a Smooth and Enjoyable Stay for Everyone.
General Information
• Check-in time is 12:00 PM. Late arrivals require prior approval.
• Check-out time is 12:00 PM. Guests who overstay without approval will be charged additional fees.
• Site assignments are subject to change at management's discretion.
• Full payment is required at or before check-in to secure the corresponding rate.
• Late payment fees of $5/day will apply for extended stays not paid by the 3rd day after the due date.
• Loud or rude behavior, illegal activities, or offensive language by guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
• Quiet hours are enforced to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests.
• Parents or guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior and compliance with the rules.
Cancellation Policy:
• RV Sites: A 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Notification must be made by 4 p.m. two days before the scheduled arrival to be eligible for any deposit refund, minus a $10 cancellation fee. Text and email notifications of cancellations are not acceptable.
• Reservations made after the deadlines: These require nonrefundable deposits. cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit / 1 night stay.
• Month to Month RV: Failure to notify in advance of a cancellation will void the return of any security deposit previously paid.
• General: The campground reserves the right to refuse or cancel any reservation with advance notice. Severe, multiple, or repeated rule violations are grounds for removal from the campground, and no refunds are given for termination due to rule violations.

• Rates are based on 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years old.
• Additional charges apply for extra adults or children.
• RVs older than 15 years require management approval with photos.
• Campsites are assigned by staff; changing sites without approval is not allowed.
Park Rules & Conduct
• A 10 MPH speed limit applies throughout the park.
• Only RVIA-certified and operable RVs are allowed.
• Parking is limited to one habitable and two non-habitable vehicles per site.
• Parking on the grass or working on vehicles is prohibited.
• Discharging firearms, fireworks, or dumping charcoal/food on the ground.
Site Amenities
• All sewer connections must have an airtight seal.
• Greywater dumping on the ground is prohibited.
• Guests are responsible for heat-taping and insulating their equipment during winter.
• Portable, above-ground firepits must be screened and kept 10 feet from vehicles or structures.
• Picnic tables must be returned to their original location after use.
Severe Weather Plan
• Tornado shelters are located in the laundry room at the office and the west end of Deer Grove II. Guests should familiarize themselves with these locations upon arrival.
Pet Policy
• Non-aggressive pets are welcome without additional charges.
• Pets must always be leashed (max 6 feet) and under control.
• Cleaning up after pets is mandatory.
• Pets left inside RVs must not bark excessively.
• Guests must provide proof of pet vaccinations upon request.
Liability & Assumption of Risk
• Guests use the park facilities at their own risk.
• The park is not liable for accidents, injuries, or damages caused by weather, wildlife, theft, or other guests.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service or evict guests violating these terms.
Damages
• Guests are responsible for reporting accidents, property damage, or hazards immediately.
• Damages caused to park property will result in additional charges.
